Adam Laughton is an associate in the Corporate department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Houston office. His practice focuses on the healthcare industry and sourcing matters.
Mr. Laughton has served hospital and health system clients in mergers and acquisitions of other healthcare providers, False Claims Act litigation and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory issues.
During law school, Mr. Laughton served as a clerk for Chief Justice Christine M. Durham of the Utah Supreme Court. He spent two years during college as a volunteer missionary in Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Laughton serves as a member of the Houston chapter of the Duke Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee and the Houston Election Protection Leadership Council under the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
