Glenn H. Truitt, Esq., is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland with Honors and Distinction, and received further training culminating in qualification as a Nuclear Submarine Line Officer. He subsequently attended Stanford Law School, received his JD, and entered the legal field as a corporate associate at the prestigious law firm of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler & Marmaro, LLP in Century City, California. Mr. Truitt perfected his skills as a corporate transaction attorney; and developed broad-based management expertise, business organization & structure, regulatory compliance, risk management, operational planning, strategic relationships, and financial planning through his work as both in-house counsel for two regional compounding pharmacies and as a management consultant for Accenture. Following his relocation to Las Vegas, Nevada he owned and managed a law firm that developed the largest volume of legal business in the State of Nevada; including being the top firm in bankruptcy, family law, and criminal defense. He currently co-owns a small, boutique, multidisciplinary practice, specializing in health care compliance, strategic consulting, brokerage and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Truitt has developed a distinguished law career and has been repeatedly recognized by the Nevada legal community as one of the top transactional health care lawyers in the State.
